The stay offered a wonderful kitchenette and clean rooms, perfect for a family trip. However, the front desk staff could improve on their manners and responsiveness, which was surprising given the rest of the service was accommodating. Overall, a decent experience but definitely some room for improvement.

I found the TV volume to be frustratingly low, needing to crank it up to 100 just to hear over the AC unit. Lastly, the pet area could use more attention, but it’s a commendable effort for pet-friendly stays.
